Welcome to CyberWisely, your trusted partner for cyber hygiene and literacy. By accessing any content, products, or services provided by CyberWisely, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

1. Services

Our services include consulting, training workshops, and live seminars focused on cyber hygiene and literacy. To schedule a service, full payment is required. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the start date, you are eligible for a refund. We will reimburse payments to the original method. You may also reschedule a service at no additional charge subject to availability.

Certain customized or on-site services are non-refundable due to reserved resources and tailored preparation. Such non-refundable status will be clearly stated in the service description.

2. Information Products

Information products include e-books, online courses, and downloadable guides. Due to the digital format, refunds are not available once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues accessing content, please contact our team for support. In such cases we may provide an alternative delivery or issue a reimbursement after verifying the issue.

3. Physical Goods

Physical goods comprise hardware kits and printed materials. You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back within 21 days of approval. We will reimburse your payment after we receive and inspect the item.

4. Refund Policy

We prioritize user satisfaction and handle refund requests promptly. Refund requests should be submitted via the Customer Support Form. Our team will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and, if approved, reimburse the payment within 10 business days.

Services explicitly marked as non-refundable cannot be reimbursed due to individualized planning and resource allocation. However, you may reschedule such services by providing notice at least 72 hours in advance.
